Christi Petty

OWNER + PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

After 10 years at Chairma Design Group, Christi has taken on a new role as owner and principal designer. She is excited to continue the legendary work that Chairma is known for.

Christi Petty is a native Texan with a global point of view. As a military spouse with plenty of passport traffic, she shares her penchant for unique and classic interiors. A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and an experienced, award-winning designer, Christi has a heart for creating a family hearth that works for her clients. She is resourceful, creative, and strives to develop personal connections with her clients in order to provide a finished product that is functional, beautiful, and transformative - from a house into a home.

Amber Reddoch

PARTNER + PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Amber has been with Chairma Design Group since it's inception and has added Partner to her resume.

She is well versed in all aspects of interior design. A degreed interior designer, her technical skills are strong, but her true knowledge of design comes from a love of the world around her, bolstered by travel that broadened her design exposure and fostered her appreciation of color, textures, and materials. This depth of understanding paired with years of experience and keen attention to detail elevate her award-winning designs.

Valerie Mikel

SENIOR DESIGNER

Valerie’s approach to design is based on emphasizing comfort and intimacy, while incorporating a connection to nature, to create spaces that evoke an emotional response. This mindset reflects her love of people and deep care for her clients, how they live and what they value. Her penchant for exploring - new music, travel destinations, art and experiences - fuels her creative, award-winning designs.

She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Technology from Texas State University.

Amanda Mahle

DESIGN SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Amanda expertly transitions creative ideas into structured reality. As an interior designer specializing in technical drawings, she interprets client requests and designer vision into floorplans and 3D models. Working from the bones of the home – starting with the construction and selection process, to space planning the furniture layouts, lighting, and final installations – this attention to detail is evident in the beautifully curated finished spaces that Chairma has become synonymous with.

Julianna Couty

DESIGN ASSISTANT

Julianna strives to create purposeful spaces that influence how people feel, move, connect, and experience. She is already making an impact with her intentional integration into professional organizations: representing her school at the 2026 American Institute of Architects Health Symposium Student Design Charrette and Presentation; winning the popular vote of industry designers at the 2026 American Society of Interior Designers Student Portfolio Show; and winning an ASID Ruby Award for Best of Commercial Design by an Emerging Professional.

In her free time she enjoys artistic endeavors, films, and delicious meals!

She is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Interior Architecture at Stephen F. Austin State University.

Lori Nimmo

BOOKKEEPER

Lori is the cornerstone of our in-office staff. She expertly keeps our behind-the-scenes business in order with a kind attitude and a quick laugh. Her joy continues on to her beloved family and their trips to Disney!

Natalie Miller

OFFICE MANAGER

Natalie ensures the office runs smoothly and adds a polished flourish to client and vendor interactions. Her creativity shines when she assists with styling project photoshoots and hosting in-studio events.

Ashlynn Petty

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Ashlynn manages social media and digital marketing, bringing the team’s creativity and designs to life through engaging content and storytelling. With a passion for communication, marketing, and visual creativity, she loves finding new ways to showcase the unique details that make each project special. Ashlynn enjoys connecting with audiences, sharing the heart behind the designs, and helping more people discover the beauty of Chairma’s work.

She attends Texas A&M University, studying communications with a focus on marketing.
